NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on January 17, 2008, the Ocean View Board of Adjustment took the following actions: 

APPLICATION V-219—Ryan Homes - Central Avenue (PIDN 402.000) Variance to erect a 30 square foot sign with attachment announcing sale of new homes

APPROVED

APPLICATION V-220 —Dirickson Landing Associates - 6 Tingle Street (099.360) Variance that will permit the construction of a dwelling within the 25 foot wetlands’ setback
