The Ocean View Town Hall is located in the John West Park at 32 West Avenue.

Town Staff no longer maintain offices at this location and all Town staff members are located at 201 Central Avenue in the Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building. 

The Town Hall is only used for Town Council meetings and for meetings of various Town Boards and Commissions.  

The Town Meeting Room can be reserved for use by certain groups and organizations. Contact the Receptionist at 302-539-9797 x110 for a copy of the policies and procedures regarding use of this room and to check on the availability of specific dates.
