Kathy Roth became the Town of Ocean View's TownManager on Monday, Nov. 26, 2001.

With a background in accounting including a C.P.A.,Kathy has worked for the Town of Bethany Beach and for local accountingfirms.

She is responsible for the day-to-day operation ofthe town and is a member of various Town committees.
